Then please mail jan@merchanthousewells.co.uk or ring Jan on 07776 185 417 to make your booking. Then please fill in this booking form and post it to us together with your cheque.
When you book we require a deposit of 20% of the total cost of your stay to confirm your booking.
Payment of the balance in full is due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday.
Please ensure that the property is left clean and tidy, as it was on arrival. We reserve the right to charge for any breakages or damage caused during your stay.
If you cancel your holiday and we cannot fill this booking, we will keep the 20% deposit. If we are able to re-book the property, it will be returned in full.
Please vacate the property by 10.00AM.
The property is available from 4.00PM.
Changeover day is Friday.
No pets are allowed in Merchant House.
We operate a strict non-smoking policy.
