On the ground floor is a spacious and comfortable living room; a large dining room with table seating 8 and it's own bar!; a utility room with washing machine and WC; and a well-equipped kitchen with electric range cooker, dishwasher and fridge freezer.
At the back of the property French windows lead from the kitchen to a small enclosed decked area with garden furniture.
The ground floor accommodation includes a flat screen TV with FreeSat, and a DVD player.
On the first first floor are 3 bedrooms:
- 1 king-size double with en-suite, including electric shower
- 1 double
- 1 room with two single beds and a folding bed
- An additional folding bed and travel cot
The first floor also has a bathroom with electric over-bath shower and WC.
There is a games room on the lower ground floor, accessed via steep stairs. Included are a 3/4-size table tennis table, table football and many boxed games.
Gas central heating and electricity are included in the rental price, as are duvets, pillows, hand towels and tea towels, but guests should bring their own bedlinen and bath towels.
There is a parking space for one car.
No smoking please, and no pets.
The property is available Friday to Friday, with a departure time of 10.00am and an arrival time of 4:00pm. Please adhere to these times.
There is also some availability for short breaks outside of school holidays. Please ring for details.
